I enlist a partner who is willing to try anything we have signed up for two 5k races, played tennis 1x week, signed for Bootcamp at work and will be starting Krav Maga. We both are out of shape but we are getting better slowly

I can't run anymore due to my knee injury but I like to walk for exercise.
