Tuesday-Something quick, coming back from out of town
Chiles rellones with tomato sauce, rice and beans (hopefully we'll get to this this week)
Chicken burgers, grilled asparagus and corn
Spinach salad with tomatoes, strawberries, dried cranberries,walnuts, blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette
Grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, other side tbd
