Weekly Meal Plan

Meal plan for February 5-11, 2011

Chicken and dumplings, homemade crusty bread and a green salad
Smothered burritos, rice and jalapeno-garlic black beans
Pan seared chicken with white wine sauce, roasted asparagus, and garlic roasted new potatoes
Mongolian beef over steamed, brown rice
Saturday-date night, out to eat and Rascal Flatts concert!
