Weekly Meal Plan

Menu for September 18-24, 2011

Red beans and rice with hotwater cornbread
Chicken with tomato herb pan sauce, buttered rice and asparagus
Leftovers
Roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese
Sloppy janes, homemade pickles and sweet potato fries
Leftovers
Three cheese caprese calzones with homemade marinara dipping sauce

Other cooking/baking: chocolate caramel shortbread bars, cold oven pound cake and possibly some chocolate chip cookies
